Most people who live here beefing with the management for minor issues. Imo, they expecting too much. If you follow basic rules, there shouldn't be any issues. Yes, mgmt fees r a bit higher than average. They had money problems back in the days but it is good now. They recently installed security cameras, has daily trash pick ups and they r pretty much on point with basic maintenance work. Update: Takes some time to get altercation requests to get approved. They require NYC licensed and insured contractor for everything. Head of maintenance guy here pretty much monopolizes the repairs here.

Management SUCKS the board does not know how to handel money, This place is abad investment. you will loose your money buying a place here. The workers are always trying to rip off residents. Management only enforce rules with people they dont like and play unfair with others.DO NOT BUY HERE THE PLACE IS A HORROR.

This place is terrible the management office is awful and disrespect the shareholder
