I wish there were more stars for Nihad Domazet, our real estate agent. I reached out to him to see a house on marketplace before I was even pre-approved. He didn't dismiss us, but went out of his way to accommodate us. We eventually were pre-approved and he must have shown us 25 houses. His knowledge of structural issues and flip cheats were invaluable. After a offer gone bad and having to deal with the WORST realtor in the world ( sellers agent) he kept me sane through the whole process and even made good on the promises of the sellers that they failed to keep. If you are buying a house, contact this agent. If we are ever in the market again, we will definitely reach out to Nihad again. 10 stars.

A huge thanks to my realtor, Patrice, for her unbelievable service during my recent home purchase! I moved to Iowa from Minnesota and was concerned with how to find a place while living 7 hours away. Patrice made the browsing process so easy, providing me with tools that made it easy to sort through listings and focus on real contenders with minimal trips down to arrange tours. Her true commitment to me as a buyer really shown through once we got to the inspection/appraisal phases. She made multiple trips to my home, more times than she should have had to, in order to meet with contractors and engineers while gathering quotes and reports. She never made me feel like a burden and was always so gracious. This helped ease my worries while trying to navigate the whole process from so far away

He was great help in all perspectives and he never tried to corner me to make any wrong purchase decisions as most agents do. He helped me in any details of this journey. Even though we visited the same property for so many times he didn't show me any negative attitude. Amazing person with marvelous personality. I truly appreciate both Nihad and RE/MAX. I was so fortunate to have found Zack Creegeen with my hunt for a new house. As my Realtor, he helped me find the right place in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as I looked at multiple homes over several months. Zack cautioned me about making unreasonable offers with overpriced homes. He advised me about different items to look at (e.g., air conditioner, furnace, water heater conditions, etc.) as I viewed the house and always helped me inspect the place I was considering.
