Rare combination of fast, friendly, and professional. My AC gave up the ghost early in the afternoon, over a 90+ degree weekend. I left a service request. Past apartment experience has taught me to think, "Probably a couple days minimum until it's fixed. Bummer." The maintenance guy arrived within 15 minutes. Working outside on the unit, in the heat and sun, he had it cooling again in under an hour. Just the latest example of great service at Castle Properties.

Great experience! Castle Properties has gone above and beyond! The property manager is extremely attentive, respectful, and has great communication with his renters. Any issue I have ever had (which is almost none) was taken care of within 24-48 hours. The application process was easy and efficient. Austin was upfront about the process and had a response back to me almost immediately. The properties are immaculate, well maintained, and I have great neighbors! Not one complaint! The upkeep and maintenance provided by the landlord is of upmost quality. You won’t find a better rent value this side of Saylorville Lake. Their homes are truly your castle.
