Brooks and Jill were amazing to work with. This is our third home, first time building. Jill's insight into the design truly married both of our styles and came out much better than either of us had ever imagined. Brooks was very patient listening to all of our ideas for changes and upgrades and helped us to find a happy medium between functionality, style and budget. Their layouts are thoughtful and very functional. Our house feels bigger than the square footage because of how well Brooks designed the layout. And the functionality can't be beat, he thinks of everything when he designs his layouts!
