David Shepherd helped us with our recent home purchase. We were relocating from out of state and a bit overwhelmed by the current housing market with how fast houses were selling once they were listed. We would probably still not have a house if we weren’t fortunate enough to make contact with David. He worked so hard to get us into our perfect home and always made each decision in our best interest. If you are in need of a realtor to help you with a purchase or a sale, please give David a call. They came highly recommended, but we felt like an absolute last priority for them. It felt like she was working for herself and not us. Our realtor made jokes about needing to sell our house in order to pay her landscaping bill. She was combative and rude, and constantly withheld information from us. She actually broke the law in the end and never gave us the sellers disclosure until after we closed on the house. Then Lars seemed to blame that fact on us and didn't care. Go somewhere else if you can.

Nils is a great Real Estate Agent to work with! As someone from out of town and looking in the area, Nils made it easy to connect virtually. I felt confident that we were in great hands with Nils as he guided us through the entire home buying process. Thank you Nils for representing us and making this an easy process.

Really treated a friend of mine like he was the absolute last priority, lack of communication, no real answer as to why things are taking so long. Have been postponed over 3 scheduled closing dates. Would never recommend them.

DISHONEST REALATOR stAy away. Will scam buyers out of Large sums of money.
