In 2017 my husband and I were moving to either northwest Indiana or southwest Michigan. We were aimlessly driving around for weeks. We knew we needed guidance. I looked up realtors. We called Cressy and Everett and Jude picked up the phone on a late Saturday afternoon. We had no idea what kind of a house we wanted. Jude spent several days showing us houses. She was and still is very patient. We bought our home January 2018. She has helped some of our friends find homes, too. We stop in and see her at the office in St. Joseph, MI. I have worked with several real estate agents in the past at least 5 differnt agents and Jude was by far the best! She helped me navigate the fun process of selling my parents vacation property from out of state . Even though my parents property was two states away I never felt disconnected from the process .She explained every step with me and always returned my emails and phone calls and texts promptly . If any issue came up she was there. She was always patient and kind and so professional. She made one of the worst expierence for me (trying to settle my parents estate ) doable.
