I'm finally settling into my new home. I've never had such an easy transition. I worked with Louise Murphy. She is a take charge person and did everything for me. She always gave me her honest opinion, and gave me some very sound advice. We went house hunting together many times before I settled on this one. She also sold my old house, which went just as smoothly. She lined up the closings perfectly, so they were back to back and I could set up the movers at just the right time. I highly recommend Louise- she's such a good hearted, hard working person, and really knew what she was doing.

My experience with Chris was exceptional! As a first-time condo buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better guide through the process. Chris was not only level-headed (in what can be an emotional process) and thoughtful but also incredibly communicative - always quick to get me answers to my many questions. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns, ensuring I felt confident at every step. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable realtor!

Kristen is the BEST! She went above and beyond to help us find a home that was perfect for us. Walked into an open house today presented by Lisa Yeastedt of Bentley's Realty where we were promptly told that there had been an accepted offer. Now, I am not posting blindingly being very familiar with the Real Estate world and its workings. I could not help but question the listing realtor with the rightful response .. Why?.. Why did she not cancel the open houses that were still listed when we left for the showing as we are knowledgeable enough to check and driving a great distance. Furthermore, how do you accept an offer within the first hour of showing a home? How is THAT IN THE BEST INTEREST of your client - the seller? Would you not advise to wait until the end of the weekend, the two scheduled open houses? Other offers may and most likely would be presented that were better than
