Every home we looked at, it seemed she had represented either a buyer or seller on the same street (including our eventual neighbor)! We were one of several offers on the home, and Alissa's expertly recommended we include a use and occupancy provision in our offer, which ended up being the deciding factor in our offer on our dream home being accepted! I don't know if we'll have the need to move again but if we do we'll be working with Alissa!

Our search initially started a year ago but we needed to put it on pause and Alissa was very patient and supportive and never pressured us. We were purchasing in MA but live in NY so it was difficult for us to view properties in person. Alissa would preview the property for us and send us video walk thrus for us to review. She provided great guidance when we were making our offer, and we were ultimately successful. After getting under contract she helped us with the appraisal and gaining access to the property a few times prior to close. Everything that we needed assistance with during the entire process, Alissa and team were there to help. They made it a very smooth experience.
