Living at Newburyport Crossing has been an excellent experience. The property is always professionally maintained, with clear and consistent communication from the management team. It feels very safe, welcoming, and beautifully kept—and being pet-friendly is a big plus. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and everything on the property is consistently in working order with no service outages. The maintenance staff, especially Kevin, are always professional, helpful, and courteous. I truly appreciate the effort the entire team puts into making this a great place to live.

Just moved to Newburyport Crossing, and I couldn’t be happier! From day one, Rebecca has been so kind and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, and Kevin from maintenance has been incredibly helpful with everything related to the apartment. The building is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, and my unit was spotless upon move-in. I’ve already met a few neighbors, and everyone has been so warm and welcoming. I can't say enough good things about living at Newburyport Crossing. The community is clean. well kept, and has a neighborly feel to it. Rebecca in the office is exemplary. She's professional, kind, and always goes above and beyond to help residents feel at home. She's a big dog lover. On the maintenance front, Kevin and his assistant, Jacob keeps things running smoothly. Kevin is great at what he does and a social butterfly. He's always friendly, approachable, and brings great energy to the community.
