Linda is the best! I bought my first house with her help and the process was easy and fast. I was able to close under 2 months. They were super easy to work with and always very responsive at all times of day and even all throughout the week. Linda is very knowledgeable about the area and overall is very professional in her business. You can tell they really care for their clients as they are always going above and beyond!

Barbara S. Wallace is a uncouth professional spoke with her over the phone, was rude with no class for someone who is a first time buyer. No hello or good afternoon, no tact at all. Or willing to spend time to talk about potential other properties I would like to see. I have the means to buy in cash/other funds , though she was not willing even though I said I will pay based on the asking price ,still she wanted a set number of how much I had, what type of business is she running/working for, ? Her negotiating skills is to bully . She acted as if though her time was being wasted, heard of her again from another friend who went to a viewing of houses , was the same as well belittles people in there journey to buy a home. Stay clear of her not worth it.

Once the contract was signed, we had no say or input on the sale of our home. Our agent Linda Falzani ignored us lied and decided us out of money. There are plenty of other brokers around. Please don't put yourself through what we went through.

We hired Amy Sullivan to sell our house and she was very professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend her and would use her services again.
