I bought my first property through Steve Cotran and it turned out to be an incredibly insightful experience. I let my first two deals go due to unexpected, extensive issues showing up upon inspection or contractor estimates. On the 2nd deal I let go, the inspector I chose actually missed a significant issue, and it was only discovered after a contractor came out and put a second set of eyes on the property. Due to Steve's extreme competence and network of real estate professionals, I was able to back out of the deal and get my earnest money deposit back even after the deadline had passed under the inspection contingency. From the beginning to end of the 3rd deal, Steve's years of knowledge and guidance helped educate me and build my confidence throughout the process. Now a year and a half
