The typical stuff from this rental management company. They had someone come out and clean 6557 Anniston St and they dumped a couch out by the street. After telling is that it was going to be removed that day, it has now sat there for 3 days. This place manages property for slumlords.

Tonya Simison is the absolute worst Agent one could ever encounter. Purchased a home several years ago and she was recommended through the VA. If I'd have known then what I know now she'd have been fired before even hired. She was more worried about her personal life and being "fun" rather than helpful, informational and professional. There were so many things that we, as first time buyers, didn't know or know to ask and she did absolutely nothing to ensure we had everything we needed. We were in crunch (military life) and she took advantage of that. If you want to end up being at the short end of the stick with your home purchase she is your gal.

Terrible experience. Took time off work to view a rental property listed, told upon picking up keys to view that the house was not move in ready. The house was filthy, all walls needed painting and carpet was disgusting. The house stunk terribly. When returning keys was told they would not paint or do anything else as it was cosmetic, & couldn't give us an available date for move in, to check back in a few weeks. I felt as though it wasn't a high priority for the property management employee to secure a renter for the home owner. The house shouldn't be listed as ready as of 8/01/18 when in fact it's no where near move in ready.

Probably the worst rental company i've come in contact with. They pit buyers against each other in an effort to get a home sold/rented faster. Awful awful experience!!! I would recommend any other rental company in Fayetteville/ Hope Mills before them!!!

I've been working with this company for a while and I really appreciate how they handle business. They are easy to reach and follow up quickly on any questions or concerns. I definitely recommend them when looking to buy, sell or, rent. Thanks for being AllStars!
