Pine Chase Apartments

This complex is receiving awesome updates and even the lights outside that have been out for a year are finally repaired. The new staff seems educated and fits in well with the community. We enjoy what the company is doing for our little neighborhood.

Yesterday, I arrived at the office at 4:50 PM to discuss these ongoing concerns. Upon my arrival, the office manager informed me I had "one minute" to convey my message, despite my attempt to confirm if office hours extended until 5:00 PM, a question which was not addressed. During this brief exchange, I found the tone adopted by both the office manager and a maintenance worker to be unprofessional and confrontational. I was also taken aback by the unsolicited intervention of the maintenance worker into what I believed was a private conversation. As I left the premises, I noted a complete absence of professional courtesy from any staff member. One of THE most unprofessional and mismanaged complexes. Please bring back the other presidences. Throughout several tenants interactions with Sarah, the current property manager, she has demonstrated unprofessional behavior, a lack of courtesy, and an overall absence of structured management. Her approach often relies on positional authority rather than collaboration or respect for residents, which creates an uncomfortable and discouraging environment for the community. It is disappointing to witness a continued pattern of ineffective leadership, as the property has undergone several management changes without meaningful improvement in operations or policy implementation. Very nice size apartments. I have never had a problem with the office staff. They are always friendly. I do sometimes have trouble reaching the maintenance guy but I usually dont have anything that needs to get fixed in an emergency. There is on-sight laundry and also washer/dryer connections in every apartment. Very convenient, especially if you live on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There are elevators so carrying loads of laundry up 1 or 2 flights would get hard.

Do Not move here!!! Your rent increases every year. And sometimes twice a year. When I question why I was told because they can. I even asked for the Elite Management telephone. They never asked the phone. Horrible company and horrible and rude staff. You will never get any answers. Josh never completes your work orders in timley manner. You see him inside his red truck more than in the office. Trust me don't move here.
