I called Anne Yang today as I was interested in purchasing one of her listings in Diamond Bar. Well, I've never experienced someone utterly lacking professionalism and is just rude. I called her cell phone and she answered with "Who is this?" I gave her my name and asked if she had few minutes to talk. She rudely replied "if you're selling I have just one minute for you! If not, no time." When I said I'm not selling, before I can get the words out that I'm interested in one of her listings, she hung up on me!!! If I plan to sell a house, I would never list with an agent like Anne Yang

Broker, Anne Yang is very knowledgeable and dedicated. When it comes to obstacles on real estate transactions she jumps right in and find the solution. Like the transparency too. I strongly recommend Anne Yang.
