I spoke with Ms. Nathan over the phone, and she was super helpful from the jump. I went into the office the next day and got a listing. I paid $200, but she explained that the $200 would go toward my security deposit and that there were no application fees — now that was a deal for me because I had already wasted over $1000 just applying at other places on my own. So I didn’t hesitate, I gave up that Once i did my aapplication and she did my credit check out I was approved and I got my first listing right away. I was able to move in my home without complications and right away, with good feedback and tours of the houses.
