RELIABLE manages my association and in my 3+ years of being a homeowner the level of service and accountability has declined significantly. Angela West and her team rarely, if at all, reply to inquiries or provide assistance to remedy issues. She is combative, throws out excuses and is unwilling to take accountability. At today’s BOD meeting: • Multiple homeowners, including myself, made requests ahead of the meeting for Angela to bring gate remotes. My initial request was on April 19, 2025. Angela informed us she did not bring any remotes, and that we were self-serving by trying to create our own protocol. Angela then refused to provide us an explanation of their protocol or when they planned to distribute the remaining remotes to homeowners. Some received them in January-February 2025.

Angela and Kayjae have been wonderful to work with! Given the vast scope that they manage, I appreciate the personal touch that they provide with their customer service support. Angela is very experienced and knowledgeable. It has been a pleasure to see how engaged she is with the management of our community. I can clearly see how much she cares about our homes. The manager (Angela West) does not answer phone calls, emails, or letters. She does not even show up to the office they have listed. No one is there. Their business policy is to ignore everything and Angela is the right person for the job. Angela will never return your phone calls or requests and when you do 'catch her' on the phone she treats you like a child an makes excuses instead of trying to help you. She does not provide information relevant to paying dues, getting parking passes, accessing the facilities. This information is not readily available on the owners website so you will get stuck with lacking compliance and have to learn the hard way. They do not communicate (as they are required to per the CC&Rs) on what they are doing on the property (example painting they just show up

I do not see how there are current 5 star ratings. I have lived in this community for 10+ years and I have heard nothing but negative things from our community as a whole about the HOA MANAGER, specifically referring to her unprofessionalism, bad attitude and manners, and inability to address concerns without getting defensive. I work as a HR director and I can say without a doubt if I was head of her HR department that her demeanor alone would be unacceptable. Our fees increase every year with little change. The grounds are pretty, sure, but the pool area is outdated and unkempt. The furniture is falling apart and they removed the only awning YEARS ago and left just dirt. It has been a pleasure working with this company over the last decade plus. They have been fair and professional! I appreciate Angela West consistant hard work into the community to ensure it is not neglected. This community is very well managed, from the landscaping and pool, to the buildings needing upkeep or repairs.
