This is a very long post. But if you are a homeowner or tenant...please read!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could! This is a warning for homeowners and tenants! Reid property Management was our property manager for about a year when we moved out of state and rented our home. At first things were great. At the time Lynn was the face of the business and I worked with her in moving out and prepping my home for the tenants. Things were really great at first. She always responded to messages and emails and the tenants liked her as well. About 6 months into our contract She became unreliable and hard to contact. I would have to call email and text her just to get her attention. I was also scheduling annual maintenance visits at our home because she wasn't doing that. We decided to terminate

3 years of service that did not end well. Day to day issues were fine. Ended with a bad tenant that was allowed to stay in over 8 months with late and missing payments. Did not get the support I was looking for and was still paying the monthly fees when I did get paid.

Very unprofessional, does not answer or return calls, does not like to resolve issus, hires us to do work for her, has us buy the supply and takes forever to pay for repairs to there rental property. Leaves a bad reviews because we demand them to pay their pass due payment, honestly don't understand how they run a business and don't like to work with people. It is very disappointing to work for a management company who does not like to pay for their repairs.
