Regency Pointe Apartments

It is very quite and friendly residents when we moved in he middle of May the resident manager was very nice very friendly very knowledgeable so we were here about a week and that manager was fired I talked to other residents and they say they don't keep a manager very long. I have a roach problem I have called sent messages no response a new manager came here now July the maintenance men came and sprayed we have fogged it ourselves didn't help so Monday the pest control are coming we shall see they did come out and took care of the problem so I would recommend this property

Great place for my mom she lives there and it's for seniors only so we don't have to worry that much about hoodlums being around its a safe ,clean place for my mom to live we don't worry as much she loves it there

Called and talked to the receptionist about these apartments and she very unfriendly.
