Regency Plaza Apartment Homes

I want to express my satisfaction with Regency Plaza and their staff , Moosa,Naja and Javier. Moosa has been especially helpful with everything I have needed since I arrived here in May. I feel like family here and that is so nice to come home to. I really enjoy everything about living here , especially the staff. I am so glad to be a part of this community. The amenities go far and above and I feel completely safe, surrounded by trees and wildlife.

This was my first home. And I absolutely loved it. I have no words how great my experience was. I put in little to no service request while here and Martinez has very beautiful sunsets and my apartment had great lighting, so I rarely had to use my pg&e. My only thing I wish for is a larger one bedroom. I was in the largest. This place will always be at the forefront of my heart.

Lovely little community. Friendly and helpful staff. Moosa Rehman in particular did a fantastic job helping me understand the application and process and what criteria were required for everything. A truly professional experience.

Had a quick look at the place while I'm still trying to decide on what apartments to apply to. So far with this place everything is looking pretty positive so it might be on my list. The complex looked nice, it's in a good location, and any questions I had were taken care of by someone named Moosa. If I have any more questions or if I decide to apply I will definitely be reaching out to him in the future. Thanks!
