Martinez Hillside Active Adult 55+ Apartments

Been here for 2 years and will continue to stay here for many years to come. Very clean complex and I really enjoy my little patio and view of the park property maintenance and unit and outside of unit is always promptly addressed. The property manager’s name is Franklin Jones and he is spot on with different maintenance claims quickly. Only issue I have is very little parking in the front of the building is present, still very well with it to stay here I like can hear a lot.

We lived here for a year and then we had to move because we wanted to live closer to our parents. However, we really enjoyed our time here. Both the manager and the maintenance guy were always very nice, respectful and polite. It’s also very affordable and a really nice and clean place to rent.

We lived in this apartment for almost 10 years until my husband passed away. I have good memories living there, the manager and the maintenance guy are so respectful and caring for seniors like us. If I will be going back with my son to be with me, I will choose this apartment again.

WORST PLACE TO RENT !!! You will never get a parking spot and street parking is impossible with how many cars there are. Have a problem and want to talk to the manager ? Good luck, he’s never here. Want to call or email their corporate ? You’ll never hear back. The A/C doesn’t reach the bedroom, the sinks leak at random times, and you’re charged an outrageous maintenance fee. Don’t waste your money renting here. 😒

We live here like 6-7 months and do like it very much, especially our Manager Franklin, he is doing a great job making sure every tenants have what they need and making the area around the property safe, we had a couple things to be fix and he had the maintenance gut come in and fix it, we needed a new fridge, he got us a new one, so Franklin, do what you do, we are happy that you are our Manager 👍👍👍👍
