Regency Place

One of the worst places to live! The manager is so unprofessional they never walked the property and anytime you try to have a conversation with her. It feels like you’re taking up her time. It definitely lacks maintaining of the building. It feels like you’re living on Lake Ave., Street where they don’t take care of the paint or the cleaning the cleaning is so out of control that people spill stuff and it stays on the floor for months. They may give you free washers and dryers, but they don’t clean them they are nasty and dirty and have odors many times. I’ve used the wash machine and they smelt like feces. don’t waste your time or money and if you do, you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about.

We have lived here for six months and have found our decision to downsize to be the right one! Very nice apartment, wonderful and attentive maintenance staff. Friendly management on site is a plus, as issues that arise are treated promptly, whenever possible. Some delays due to pandemic are unforeseen. Staff and residents are helpful and friendly, and very respectful of pandemic regulations. The one issue that needs addressing is cleaning in the common areas--not done often enough. Have appreciated the much-used amenities.

Would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional.
