Regency Park Apartments of Bowling Green

0/10 wouldnt recommend to my worse enemy! the new management SUCKS they hardly do their job they keep the office doors locked, their constantly leaving early and their hasnt been a maintenance guy IN MONTHS who are willing to work for these people! the apartments themselves are just old looking old carpets old appliances.. i can go on & on ! cant wait to get me and my family OUT if you apply here jus get prepared to b mentally drained!

One of the best places I have lived in in a long time, they keep the grounds clean and cut, I never had problems from most of my neighbors. Its chill fun and the people in the office are amazing, they always go above and beyond expectations especially when it comes to holiday parties. They have parking passes which is a bonus so I can always find a parking spot.

They have people waiting on the dot at night for the cutoff time to tow your car away. we have a grandma who lives there and we visit her often, sometimes we get there a little later than we would like due to our schedules being busy and end up staying there until around 10pm or so. We have had our 2 vehicles towed twice after just 3-5 minutes after 10pm. When you go to talk to the landlord to explain things to them, they give you useless excuses. You can ask for a pass but those only last a couple of months and you can only get it for one vehicle. There are criminals that live here and apparently that's fine with them but God forbid you park your car for more than 2 minutes visiting your elderly grandparent. Regency park apartments is a nice and safe place to live in. Ms.Kim and Ms.Athena are really nice and helpful. The maintenance respond fast when we need something to be fixed the apartment. I highly recommend it a place to live in.

I’m wondering if a past evection on my rental history will completely prevent me from renting a two bedroom, wanna know before doing the application because 9/10 places will just deny off that one evection. Thank u guys !
