Regency Park Apartments

The office staff does a phenomenal job. Always address my concerns and repairs in a timely manner. Latanya was so attentive and pleasant. I love my apartment! The location is awesome. Keep up the good work.

Too much marijuana smoking in the common area causing it to infiltrate into my apartment. When I moved in here, September 14, 2023m my COPD was .4 out of 4. Now it is 2 out of 4. Doctor asked when I started smoking again. I said I didn't but people in my building smoked outside their door and sat o n the stairway. Not good. Lease says no smoking in apartment or common areas. You need to control it better. Workers that enter storage room knows. They have to smell it when they enter.

I’ve been a tenant at Regency Park Apartments for three years, It’s a great apartment complex to reside in. The current property manager is great and does an awesome job, her name is Mrs. Latonya Foster. The other people working in the office are great as well.

One star because I can’t leave 0 stars. Office staff and maintenance are lazy and rude. They don’t like to fully fix things and they don’t like to show up to do work orders in a timely manner. They refuse to properly treat for pests(spiders,insects,mice). Management doesn’t care as they ignore correspondences about issues. I’ve been here since 2023 and I cannot wait until I am able to leave.

Still have not replaced refrigerator has been leaking freon since I moved in i had tested causing sleepiness and sickness maitnence plugs in and leaves with 3 of them coming in need a new refrigerator been here over a month cannot use refrigerator having to buy gas station food
