Regency Oaks Apartments

The new office people are very courteous. And record issues. The important ones are taken care of. . Small Ones not so much . A lot of units and maybe not enough employees?same eveywhere. They won't paint fascia or soffit. If the painting and small repairs the cosmetic look would be good , for buildings built in 60s?. I've been there for15 months and they haven't fixed the water heater in the nearest laundry room. They don't use the sprinkler system. Winter months grass looks brownish. There prices are amongst the lowest from regular market apt rentals. Buildings 50 + years old.No dishwasher or washing machine. Ac bill for a small area unusually high? I've adjusted with thermostat to 78 and added ceiling fans. Overall , I signed a second lease. I must be satisfied enough. They have a big

Lived at this community with my daughter and enjoyed living here. The property itself is nice and felt like a good place. I did have a few maintenance issues during my time there, and while they were eventually fixed, it sometimes took longer than expected.One thing I really liked was having valet trashit’s definitely a great thing to have. That said, the service itself was inconsistent. Pickups were often missed, and there was frequently trash left around eek. I’ve had valet trash at other communities before and experienced similar issues with valet living r. recommend this apartment community, especially if those issues are addressed in the future. I constantly drive by and see this complex and also looked into it. The poor reviews was the straw not to even blink to look at it. The incident that took place this weekend with a 8yr old boy being shot sets the tone. I believe all complex should be a gated community. Many ppl work hard to pay rent, bills etc to stay safe and that cannot even happen. Managements should be ashamed of themselves. All they look for is $$$$, you want $$$ satisfy your community and residents.Am hearing is not a good community and better yet not good at all now after the 8yr old boy being shot in broad daylight. Shame! Shame! Shame!

Don’t move there I have plenty of video’s and pictures that I have forwarded to my attorney from windows sealed shut unable to open after water coming in threw the bedroom and living room windows when it rained was told by staff to put towels on the floor. Per my attorney this is a ( Fire Hazard) having windows sealed shut!! Cracked ceiling in closet , Closet doors that fall when you slide them open was told that I can take them off and put a curtain , walls never painted. Always a quick fix for management . Staff only cares about RENT but no repairs by professional people! Never responds on timely manner, fireman came for a fire with the air conditioner , after hours emergency was called never came. Like I said everything has been provided to my attorney Mr. M. Peterson.

I love living at Regency Oaks Apartments! I've had a few minor work orders that have been taken care of quickly! My townhouse is spacious and feels more like living in house. The team in the office always greets me with a smile especially the manager Justin. Maintenance always waves when driving around on their carts. Would recommend this place to anyone looking.
