I had a great experience with the maintenance service. Ivan Ortiz was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue and got everything fixed without any problems. What I really appreciated was how helpful and patient Ivan was—he took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. The work was done efficiently and with care, and the area was left clean afterward. Overall, excellent service. I truly appreciate Ivan Ortiz’s help and would definitely recommend him and the maintenance team to anyone needing reliable and professional work.

AWFUL AWFUL PLACE. Any review that gives it more than one star (Because you can’t give zero) has either just moved in or is being paid off. When we first got here, this place seemed outdated, but at least semi-clean.. Then we realized all of the cabinets were painted over and we were getting paint flecks in our dishes and food. And the shower was painted too?! So literally the paint was rubbing away when we cleaned it. Then the roaches and bugs started. Then we noticed the mice hanging out on our balcony. But the best part was the mold on our walls!! It made both of us sick and we couldn’t stay. Happy to get out of this disgusting place. Good luck to whoever moves in.. I moved in November 29th of 2023 and I hated. Due to them refusing to uphold their own pet leash policy my dog kept getting attacked and had to be out down because of fear agreession. I've had to call cops multiple times and I had warned them plenty of times about a Trash bag that was left out side our apartment that sat there for over a week and ended up collecting thousands of maggots. Absolutely trifling office management staff. I will safe the maintained men are amazing and very rarely have had issues with them personally.
