Larry is the best maintenance man I’ve ever met. He’s polite very pleasant and knows what he’s doing. When he’s fixing something, he does not make a mess. Always pleasant to see Larry. He is a great Addition to your company. You couldn’t ask for anyone better. I recommend that he be made employee of the year. Of course he sure deserves it. He’s a very hard working man.

I must commend Larry on his expertise and knowledge on fixing the things that were not working in my apartment. He had all the right tools and parts, and was in and out in a flash!! He even stopped to say hello to my service animal, Alice Larry is AWESOME! 👍

It's not often you come across a maintenance person that genuinely cares about the work he or she does, but Larry not only cares about the work he performs, he cares about the tenants as well. Thank you Larry for your devotion to your craft and the people that benefit from it.
