WARNING!!! Renters insurance does not cover property damages caused by building disrepair. Regency Club is owned by group five and has the same and worst issues. I had property destroyed due to disrepair of building causing mold and water damage to furniture and clothing, careless maintenance man turned power of to my refrigerator during repairs that weren’t done properly and were not completed, ruining food and breast milk, this worker denied turning the power off at all, video footage was sent to management to confirm the worker lied. No attempt of mediation has been made after my request. The city of Kentwood is taking a metro Detroit developer to court over multiple safety issues at its residential properties. I have only great things to say about Regency Club Apartments and their staff members. I've been here for almost 15 years and have been treated with the upmost respect by not only the staff members but the residents as well. I love my 2 bedroom Villa 😊 In my opinion these are some of the best apartments in at least a 5 mile radiance. Especially for the price! If you decide to move here make sure to go see Tammy, she's amazing and tell her I sent you 😉

This has definitely been the worst company i ever rented from. I moved in to mold inside of the dishwasher and broken closet doors. The hot shower knob also did not work and the entire 6 months i stayed they never fixed the issue. There is also a HUGE insect problem. its insane how they get away with things like this. Maintenance is filled with idiots and the staff is filled with liars, especially Kurt and Tammy. I honestly feel if Group Five spent a lot less time playing around with each other and actually tried to fix the issues the place wouldn’t be so bad.

great maintenance staff and office, except for the delay in getting to the work orders but then they are nonstop catering to so many residents !Thanks for all that you do and Happy Holidays to all.

It’s ok nothing to right home about 😞young people…what can I say??? I need to be around people my age 67+ toddlers and teens a little much. All night and day😟😧😕 otherwise I love my place.
