Regalia Mansfield Apartments

I just moved into these apartments almost 2 weeks ago and they are just gorgeous inside! The outside is beautiful as well but the inside is so spacious and the architecture made good use of all the space. My move in process was quick and easy. The front office staff was amazing. They are all so very nice and accommodating. There were a few minor hiccups with the apartment when I move in but since then all my issues have been addressed. Overall, I feel like I'm going to love it here!!!

UPDATE 7/3/25: The apartments has reached out in regards to this and a credit was applied to my rent. Waiting for an adjuster to reach out for the remaining balance. Havent heard anything yet. I would not recommend living here. Nowhere in the lease do they mention the danger of flying golf balls, even though there are signs posted around the community that say “PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.” What’s missing are signs clearly stating that they are not responsible for damages to residents' property—something that should absolutely be made known upfront. There is also a serious lack of parking, which was never disclosed during the leasing process. Be prepared to walk long distances or struggle to find a spot at all. I have had a great experience with the current property manager and assistant manager. Laura and Brittany. Since they’ve been in office everything I have asked help for has been resolved I do mean immediately. They are great individuals! They’re looking to get the property in order and I love that!! Also Miss Eboni is always sweet when I call and she assists me. I love living here, 10/10!!!

Lived here for 3 years! Love these apartments! Relocating to a different city so unfortunately had to leave! Brittany Kirkland is the best in the office and will make sure you’re in good hands!! If you’re thinking of moving here, just know you are making a great decision! Thank you Regalia! ❤️

With 6 months of residence I can say, I love it here. It’s quiet, clean, and the staff here treats you like family. Ashley answers the phone with a smile and is always ready to assist me with any questions or concerns. Stephanie keeps me laughing, and handles business. Maintenance request are handled in timely fashion, Derrik explains what he is doing and gets it done. I appreciate living in a community where the staff cares about the property. Pool is open and clean! Everyone here is respectful and mind their business, I love it here. My only complaint is parking, there is little to none ESPECIALLY on the weekends. Get a garage, save yourself the hassle! Pets are welcome, just PICK UP THEIR DOO DOO! 😊
