Reflection Knoll at 5 Corners

I had a bad experience trying to rent an apartment here. They make it difficult to qualify as a resident. I meet all qualifications. They are now asking for handwritten letters from previous landlords and for me to notarized those letters. All before even seeing a lease. Don't waste your time.

Its a nice neighborhood. I like my one bedroom apartment, its more spacious, nice closet, bigger bedroom and fun to cook in. I enjoy doing laundry here since we got new machines. Its a short walk to dulaney high school which is nice. I also like my safe neighborhood. I don't hear about any robberies , assaults or any accidents. I use my AC since its been hot or warm but when i come home from work, it feels warm for 67 degrees- i check the air vent in my living room and its not cold air coming out. Its okay just hope maintenance could come fix the issue. I use my fan that i plug in to help cool me off . Great neighborhood, safe, relaxing and more quiet now.

Everyone in the rental office was kind and worked together. I spoke with Briana, Destiny and Airelle all on separate occasions but they were all willing to assist me with my move in process. Usually in situations like this you have to stick with one person and wait on them to return your calls or navigate their schedule but these ladies worked great together like a well oiled machine. I am confident I picked the right apartment to move into. I also want to not how clean the condition of the apartment was on my initial tour. There was no dust anywhere, not even the cabinets. Thank you all!!

Good morning, I have been at Reflection Knoll for about 2 years now. And I just love it here. If I need any maintenance, they are so nice and prompt. So I just wanted to say thank you Reflection Knoll at the 5 corners.
