I can't say enough good things about our pre-move and move in experience with Redwood Dewitt. Cat is fabulous, patient and always willing to help. She answered our many questions promptly and with kindness. Having met a few of our new neighbors already they all think very highly of Cat as well. The apartment home is lovely, and we are very happy to make Redwood Dewitt our home! Thank you for the nice surprise move in gifts including a special one for our little puppy!

My wife and I really enjoyed living in Redwood Dewitt for 2 years. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. Our problems came during move out. We did a final walk-through with the neighborhood manager Cat Ames. After looking through the apartment, she told us that everything looked fine and she didn't expect any extra charges. She told us that our flooring was out of date because we had been there for a couple of years, and that they were going to replace it after our move out. About a month later we received an invoice for over $200 for carpet damage. We contacted Cat, and she stated that they pulled up the carpet and saw pet stains. Wonderful place. Very spacious and everything is so well maintained. I love having a private garage and a nice patio. No apartment kitchen with three cabinets here. Lots of cabinets and granite counters! The walk-in pantry is amazing! I highly recommend Redwood DeWitt with Cat and Joe! They are so responsive!

The self guided tour for the Dewitt facility was user friendly and a great experience! It helped see the facility without the leasing office being open. Highly recommend! The property seemed quiet, well groomed, and clean!

My friend lives here but it's way to expensive.No Pool Nothing exciting neighbors to close. Celings are cracking. They threw these together too fast.
