Absolutely loved living at Alana woods, staff is always excellent and super helpful. Any issues I ever had were always quickly resolved or an explanation was given if more time was needed, thank you Jillian and Kaiyla for our excellent living experience!

This place is great the manager is always nice and informative with any question I've asked and the maintenance team has fixed the couple problems I've within a couple days.... it's a great place to live.

Best apartment I've ever lived in, hands down. The management is awesome and always responds promptly to requests, the apartment I lived in was newly updated and very well done with tons of space and all brand new appliances. Unlike other apartments I've live in, you cannot hear your neighbors through the walls and the complex in general is very safe and quiet with a mix of families and couples mostly living there. I never experienced any of the issues some of the older reviews mentioned, but my guess is those reviewers lived there before the new management came in and started updating and fixing up the older units. Writing this review to address some of the issues others have posted about and share my own experience. I am going on my 3rd year living here now. Pros: Rent is priced nicely Washer/Dryer in apartment Central air Vaulted ceilings Modern apartments Quiet area next to main roads Cons: Covered parking spots have been painted on their underside to prevent rust. Every morning when they get wet on the underside they drip onto your car creating white splotches. Bit of an annoyance if you have a vehicle that is black or colored where you can see them. Grounds keepers in the Winter don't seem to clean up the snow until its been on the ground for days. Surprised that they do not salt the sidewalks in front of the apartments more frequently or at least leave a bucket with some salt. I have been wok

My wife and I lived here for about a year and a half before we subleased our apartment out. This place was terrible! The manager (marlo) told us when we had problems that we were on our own because she had done her job by selling us the apartment. One of the many times we had an issue in our apartment the faucet would not stop running. It started out as a drip and we put in multiple maintenance orders through Marlo the manager and she told us that she would take care of it. Two and a half months went by and we contacted Marlo every week to reminder her. Finally the faucet was running at half capacity (this was in the bath tub) it ran like this for days and finally we contacted the owner and she was even worse!
