Loretta Is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She cares more about your needs, your family's needs then she does about making a sale. Loretta has been in the Dewitt area her whole life. She knows every neighborhood, every house, who built the house and the trends in the area. She has her finger on the pulse of the real estate business. Loretta Spinrad is AMAZING!! 5 stars don't do her justice!! We met her as the Listing Agent for the first house we bought. We were so impressed with her that she has now been Our Agent for the last 2 houses (and will continue to be if the need every arises again) :D She treats us like family and took the time to listen to what we were looking for. Loretta came recommended to us and we could have not been more impressed. She was infinitely patient, continuing to show us homes until we found the right one for us. She is honest. She never tried to rush us into a sale and cautioned us against offering too much for a house when it really was not worth that much. She is knowledgeable. When we had a question or were looking for advice, she was able to provide us with an answer. She told us what to expect each step of the process. She was very responsive and open to questions. If we emailed, we got a response in a short amount of time. She was also very personable and friendly, as well, engaging in conversation as we looked at homes. We could not have been more happy to have Loretta as our realtor when we bought our first home!
