Enjoyed my stay at Redwood Chesterfield, the apartment was luxurious clean and brand new. If needed maintenance, Chris was really fast in doing what was needed. The leasing agent Malissa was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The neighbors and community all seemed to be kind and caring. Never had any issues.

Just finished signing our lease and getting set up. The community grounds are clean and great looking. Malissa was very nice and extremely helpful with every step and answering any questions we had along the way. The only downside is it was all digital without a physical paper trail.

So I understand some problems are out of redwoods control but I’m disappointed to say the least. Life happens and I was in a position to need to find somewhere to live. Redwood seemed to meet all my needs having a garage, single floor, pet friendly, etc. Unfortunately since the literal day I moved in I have had plumbing issues. I ran the washer it backed up into my master bedroom shower I was told to run cold water in my other bathroom tub because the unit sat empty prior to me renting it. Fun fact it happened twice and had to be snaked twice and they dug up the plumbing across the street, im sure that can’t be related. With the colder weather my water pressure is less than great and if I have a guest over and the toilet is used more than usual or do a fair amount of laundry on a weekend I

Very knowledgeable, kind and professional Malissa explained Redwood condos. Gave us a tour and patiently answered questions. We are just beginning our journey and need to look at all options before deciding if a move is right for us. Thank you!
