I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience involving Kristin Straetmans at Real Estate One - Chesterfield. She requested a showing of our home, which I denied within one minute because our property was already under contract and scheduled to close the next day. Despite the showing being clearly declined, she still brought her clients to our home, accessed the lockbox, and entered the property without authorization. While inside, she allowed our dogs to run out the front door, creating an incredibly stressful and potentially dangerous situation. When my partner informed her that the showing had not been approved and that she was not permitted to enter the home, she responded by lecturing him about not having the dogs properly contained — despite the fact that she should not hav
