Bay Pointe Townhomes

I love my new place and I love living here. Its quiet and I never have any issues. Management is absolutely wonderful. Both Tammy and Margie are the best. Professional, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Best place I ever lived in.

NEW Baypointe management/owners are wonderful. In just one year things have improved so much! It's like living somewhere completely different! Hard working maintenance men, responsive office management, and now a great place to call home. Margie is absolutely incredible and so thankful that she is still here!

So happy that Princeton is the new management company over Baypointe Apts! I’ve been here for over 11 years now and these apts have had about 12 managers during the last management company and nothing was being done to any of the apts. Since Princeton has taken over the apt complex has been more lively and clean! Princeton has managed to turn around and keep my closest neighbors wanting to renew their lease for at least another year lol, because had it not been for Tammy and Margie we would’ve been moved out! Thanks so much Tammy and Margie you all are the best!!

Since July 2025, my stay here has been fantastic for my family and me. We've encountered no major issues that haven't been resolved quickly. Although not under the previous management, I'm thankful for Tammy, Margie, and the entire current team, who have been doing a remarkable job here.

Absolutely love the ladies here at Baypointe they are so kind loving and actually care about the residents they do everything they can to help and are literally the best I highly recommend 😊
