This company is the worst we have worked with. We are a contractor who has provided them construction, painting, and cleaning services in a few different properties in CT. Until this day we are waiting for payment. HR never answers emails or calls. when trying to pay us, the checks didn't have funds. They send you to another person to see if they could solve the problem. Again, we are talking about them owing $19k for over 2 years. Ver unprofessional

If I could give this place 0 stars it would be multiple. Kate is unprofessional and rude beyond measures. They definitely will take your money for an application, tell you that you’re approved, and never get back to you. I called and emailed them from June to August after a “approval” with no response. I even went to the office which was closed and she gave me a lame excuse why they weren’t open. It takes for you to be stern and aggressive to only get a reply with nothing but attitude. Her responses are clearly inappropriate and unprofessional. I should have known they weren’t any good when Anthony came 1 hour late with no phone call to show me an apartment. I had to call more than 10 times to get an answer from the office only for him to pull up with another excuse and no keys. It should

Lady named Kate has absolutely horrible customer care service, she is accepting rental application money, but not responding if you get approved. I’ve called left v-mails and Emails and they have yet to respond back to any of which AFTER they sent the rental application and I payed. They show the rental units which are horribly maintained, then Accept your money for the rental application, the. Turn around and ignore you for days. Then when you message them multiple times they say they don’t want to work with you because you were persistent in trying to follow up with the rental application status.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This management is super unprofessional. Not only did they accept my application fee and ignored me for days without any updates about my application but they also rented out a unit I was specifically applying for, when they finally got back to me they “wanted to work with me”. I had to call, leave VM and email them because they would not respond to me about anything. Definitely do not recommend renting from these people especially that lady Kate.
