Red Oak Apartments

I love living over there. However I was there for 10 years and the landlord would go up on rent and never gave any upgrades. I still had the same carpet, kitchen cabinets were rotten and I reported to landlord Carrie, she argued with me and told me that the kitchen would never get repaired. I had to buy a stove because the stove that was in that apartment would roll my pots off the eye. Rained under my front door all the time, and even when I the lawn man would mow the grass was in my front inside the front door. Out of the 10 years I’ve been living about 65 percent of time we had no maintenance man, also Carrie would run the maintenance off, is what they would say. The staff here Ms Carrie and Jena are the best I have never seen a more dedicated office staff. Ms Carrie assures the place is safe and well maintained. Ms Jena assures the children in the community are happy and busy. She creates activities for the whole community. Ms Carrie is not your typical property manager she is very involved in maintenance and security. They deserve all the appreciation for making living here a wonderful experience. Great management, very kind and helpful! I've raised my kids here (for 10 years) and it's been AMAZING! I love how well the property is taken care of and how involved the whole community is when activities are hosted by the property. Management does a TREMENDOUS job trying to keep violence and crime out of our community and I think most residents would agree when I say, we couldn't ask for a better team in the office. The property manager, event coordinator and maintenance guy are all dedicated to this place. We are lucky to have them around.

I highly recommend these townhomes!! Management is amazing on top of it keeping the property clean, planning fun events for the residents and the kids, and making sure the apartments are kept up! Maintenance is great and always responds quick! All good and nothing bad, love it here!
