I rented with Red Door Rentals for 3 years straight. Very convenient for walking to campus. Never had any issues, great communication with the owner Steve. The property was perfect for my time in college. I loved my time living at these properties with all my friends.

I rented from Mr. Steve Downey for three years and he was hands down the best landlord I have ever worked with. He is punctual, diligent and attentive to all of his properties and his tenants. Any time I had a problem, his team was on it. On top of it all, his locations are prime locations for any students wishing to live right next to campus. If you are looking for great on campus housing, do not search any longer and give Steve a call.

steve has treated me with respect and kindness since my roommate and i moved in recently. him and his maintenance team are very helpful and quick to fix what’s needed. there has been no issues with him and i recommend anyone whose wanting to rent with him!
