Red Door Property Management

I rented from Justin for a year. I liked that you could put maintenance requests in on the app to schedule maintenance. They are communicative and responsive, as well as affordable. I got my whole deposit back, and I love Justin and his team, they're just great to work with. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends!

This was my first time working with a property manager, and Red Door set the bar so high! Justin and his team was very attentive and responsive to all of my needs and requests. Ben also continuously went out of his way to check in with me not only while I was renting from them, but stayed on top of things as I was moving out! I’ll continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone who’s looking to rent! There was no doubt that they put others before themselves.

I’ve been with red door for over a year now and one thing that I can say about this property management team they’re one of the greatest teams I’ve ever worked with meaning any landlords I’ve ever had. Thank you RedDoor Property the Warren family sends our love.

Edit: notice how they only respond to 5 star reviews?? It just shows they don’t have any kind of accountability. Honestly, we had nothing but problems with red door property management. It was very disheartening as they were the first company our landlord decided to go through. We have put in a few service requests and none of them were taken seriously until we ended up talking to our landlord. Any phone call or email we would send we would not hear or receive anything back. We even tried to go to their main office and they gave us two different addresses and none of them matched up. It made no sense. It should not be that hard to contact somebody, especially when we needed help for our apartment. When Red Door first took over the property from another management company the communication was lacking and we had a lot of hesitation as no one was introduced and all we got was an email, which if you ever put your email in a site like Zillow you know you get a million emails like that a day. Anyway over the next couple of years renting from them has been amazing. The move out was great for the city but I easy, Emmet, the guy working at the office was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with all the questions. Doing the renting thing with out necessarily meeting an actual person was a little odd but I guess im just old. Thank you
