Just a heads up: after I posted this review, there was a large influx of 5 star reviews all posted at the same time. It appears they are trying to inflate their rating. Be careful when reading this reviews, as some may not be honest Avoid them at all costs. I lived at one at their apartments for FIVE YEARS. Moved in August 2019, moved out September 2024. I was never once late on rent and never even had a maintenance request during my tenancy that I can recall. I left the unit spotless, see the photos upon move out for proof. Of course, they waited the full 31 days to return my $1,895.00 deposit. Upon receipt, they withheld charges of $144.00 for "cleaning & trash removal" and $78.50 for "damage." A small enough amount withheld in hopes I wouldn’t bother disputing. I’m sure they do this

RealWise Property Management has been easy to work with and responsive my needs as a tenant. I recently had an issue with my gas range that necessitated a replacement and Jim and his team were absolutely WONDERFUL throughout the entire process. Jim was thorough, communicative and went above and beyond to ensure that my new range was delivered on a day that worked best for my family and that once delivered, it was installed correctly, keeping our safety in mind. Jim was very kind and friendly and I felt well cared for working with him.

From a renters experience, I will never rent from them again and would not recommend them to anyone. I had problems with them from the very first day I moved in. Day 1 move in, pipe burst in master shower as soon as I turned it on. Took over a week to repair and patch up the wall. Which is understandable, but I work nights and had to call out of work because I couldn’t sleep before work while they were in my room and bathroom doing the repairs. They were extremely rude when I expressed my frustrations and requested some of the over $3,000 deposit back for the inconvenience it caused me. Their actual suggestion was for me to sleep in my daughter’s room on her toddler bed while they were doing all the repairs in my room. The influxes of positive reviews since my review have been due to them reaching out asking landlords to increase their rating online. Since providing proof they knew our story and still told us to apply nothing has been done. To their response below, they in email and over the phone said if we picked another property that was cheaper they can fudge the rental history. This is a breach of the Oregon fair housing criteria and I have filled a formal complaint. While their denial isn’t make it or break it for my family it could have been for others. And to know they don’t follow their own guidelines is appalling. I will not let them lie to others and take someone’s hard earned money.
