Avoid renting from this "property management company” unless you want to wait 3 WEEKS to get your deposit back, have your emails about it ignored and deal with an extremely rude and incompetent part-time “manager”. You’ll also be charged a $150 cleaning fee even if you scrub, vacuum and mop the place top to bottom. When I moved in a year prior, there was a ratty old broom next to a pile of debris right in the middle of the kitchen so their “cleanliness standards” come and go depending on who can be charged extra fees. Attached are pictures of the apartment that I returned cleaner than I got it.
