I worked with Rori Harvet. She helped me find my first home in 2018. When I finally decided it was time for a change in 2025, Rori was the first and only call I needed to make. Rori helped me sell my first home and find my new home. Rori truly is knowledgeable, but there is so much more. Rori is creative, caring and tenacious too. Rori listened to our needs and wants and and told us what was reasonable, what was not and presented options without bias. We are also very happy with the Mortgage company and title company She referred us to as well. As stressful as preparing, selling, packing, buying and moving is, our experience was as smooth as we could have imagined. THANK YOU SO MUCH RORI. We will be forever grateful for your support.

Unethical, unprofessional, profits over people. Don't waste your time, energy, or resources. Unethical- When the sale of my townhouse fell apart the day of the move, I requested to have my representation agreement terminated the following day. I came to learn that I had a 6 month contract of which I was only 3 months into, and not only did my realtors refuse to terminate, but when I went to Realty Group Brokerage they refused to terminate the representation agreement as well, unless I paid them $5,500 for "services rendered" (keep in mind this is after losing me thousands from money already sunk into this move that wasn't happening). An invoice for "services rendered" with the amount was not provided as ultimately they don't get paid unless they close. Realty Group Blaine continues to hol

From helping us to figure out what it was that we wanted, to finally deciding on a new construction home. She was such an awesome advocate for us when it came to communicating with our builder, too. She kept things very organized and was able to answer all of our questions or guide us to a place to find the answers we needed. She knew to ask questions that we hadn’t thought of, as well.
