We were very impressed with our experience selling a home in the Rolla area with Tara Peters. She was new to the business when we sold our home but she was very thorough with all details and quickly answered any questions we had. She actively marketed our property with other realtors and got a good selling price for our home. Thank you and we will certainly use Tara in the future if needed. Great job!

When asked questions about maintenance and safety issues we were told I don’t know. Then told she wasn’t going to nit pick over an apt. She did state that she’s dealing with personal issues. I mean, I’m sorry she’s going through a rough time personally, but it’s the rental agency’s job to answer the questions. Politely and throughly. She could have explained that she needed to push back the date and time of our appointment. I understand that. But to come in to work and treat clients unprofessionally is unacceptable.

Caroleen was a pleasure to work with. She worked around my schedule. She sent me friendly reminders and kept me up to date during the whole process. Thanks for making my home buying process a lot easier.

Granted we weren't there for business, however, I needed the bathroom for my four kids waiting for the dentist to open next door. I will never use this place because of how rudely I was told no because they didn't want diseases.
