I reached out to RealSource Properties directly using their online contact form to ask for help with an unresolved AC issue at one of their properties (Lake St. James Apartments). I submitted a detailed message explaining that I’ve had no AC for weeks, submitted 13 maintenance requests, and received zero communication from the leasing office. RealSource never responded. Not a single word. What’s especially frustrating is that both RealSource and Lake St. James consistently reply to public reviews saying they’ve “forwarded the concern to a community or regional manager.” But I’ve yet to hear from anyone. I have lived here for several years, and let me tell you, before RealSource took over this complex, it was a nice place to live and things were taken care of in a timely manner. If a service request was put in, it was fixed the next day. If not, you received a call or message stating when it would be completed AND they completed it as promised. Now, you’re lucky if you see a maintenance staff at all. Every outdoor light of my building has been out for over four months. It was repaired before that and had been out of service for 4 months before that. When you inquire, every person in the office provided a different excuse. I stay in Mark at Riverdale apartments my a/c has been out for two going on three months. Then to make matters worse my a/c got stolen so I’m waiting for them to correct the issue but no one has any answers as to when I might get ac again in my unit. We are now in July with no working a/c I would rather they let me out my lease and we go about our ways

This company is not worth your investment dollars. There are many other companies that engage in the same type of business. In my personal opinion, based on my very poor experience with this company, I would strongly suggest you seek out other project sponsors.
