Steve is genuinely the best realtor there is. He was there for us through every step from narrowing down our options and what would be best for us to house hunting to purchasing our home. In the beginning, Steve showcased the property many times, probably more than all his other clients. Through it all, Steve kept me updated with reviews from potential buyers and how to better position myself to make the offer more attractive. Then, a misfortune happened where I had to take several months off to remodel the home. During that time, Steve kept by my side, eager to get back on the market. Also, through him I was able to get very reasonable pricing on appliance upgrade. Reflecting back, my selling experience was an uphill battle because the property/HOA had some issues, more than the average seller. But Steve made sure that I had negotiating power, that the property get sold. Steve knows his craft and he is THE MAN!
