Realm Apartments

I moved in here last August, and have really loved it! Management (Ashley) has been fabulously kind and helpful. Also, Maintenance (Jonathan) is super efficient. With the fabulous location, this is a great place to live.

I have been living here for almost two years, and the building is newly built and very well modeled. The management manager, Ashley, is fantastic! She does an excellent job ensuring tenants feel welcome and that their needs are met.

I lived here for nearly 2 years. Really enjoyed this place when I moved in but issues started to pile up. Pros: Ray is awesome and super helpful. Onsite gym and newly modeled units were great. Bike storage room came in handy. Walkable to downtown Menlo and local schools. Community grill. Negatives: These really should not occur when renting at this price point. Some were the fault of ownership/leasing. Others not. The power outages at this place were crazy in the winter. That's just the result of being on the Menlo grid, but something to be aware of. There was a hot water outage that took nearly a week to resolve. One of my friends had their bikes stolen from the garage. The fees at this place slowly started to approach absurd levels too (~$200/month trash fee if I recall). Double check

We recently moved to Realm & it’s been such a pleasant experience!! Ashley & Dhesya have been so kind, attentive, and understanding. Ray is incredible, super helpful & extremely kind!!! It’s been an excellent experience for us first time movers!!
