Robinson and Company Realtors are the best property managers I have experienced by a long shot! I rented a property that they managed for about two years. They are always very prompt and responsive to any maintenance issues. The small rent increase I experienced when my lease was up for renewal was extremely affordable. They are incredibly professional, kind, and considerate. I even needed to move out before my lease was up, and they were very reasonable in working with me to find someone new to take over part of the lease. Such a positive experience renting from them!

Robinson & Co. managed a small family-owned apartment building for us for more than 2 years. They were consistently helpful and professional. Their communication was great, and their technology and reporting made things very easy. When it was time to sell the building, they were equally helpful, though it meant that they would be losing the account. I acknowledge their integrity and service, and recommend them highly.

Christopher, Anthony, and their team have been great. We rented a relatively old home from them for over a year. Although the house had some small problems, they were always prompt to help us quickly. Furthermore, despite some of our frustration with some old-house-problems we had, not only they were always prompt and supportive, yet also patient. Probably the best property management company that I have rented from.

Rented an apartment from the company for 9 months. Have no complaints regarding communication with managers. Moving out was easy, and the company doesn't deduct money form the security deposit for really negligible things. (Don't understand people who left negative feedback here before.)

I have lived in my apartment for over 30 years, so you can assume that I like it. I have been impressed and pleased with the care and attention that Robinson & Company has given to the property. They have taken care of several long standing and long ignored issues.
