I loved my time living at Sharon Green in Menlo Park. The apartments are beautifully maintained with modern interiors and a comfortable, spacious layout. The property itself is one of the best parts—surrounded by trees and green landscaping that makes the whole community feel peaceful. The leasing team is friendly, responsive, and super helpful (thank you Oscar!) and the maintenance staff is consistently prompt and professional. Highly recommend Sharon Green to anyone looking for a great place to live in the Bay Area.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and it was great! The neighborhood is just awesome. Very safe to walk around even at night. Safeway, CVS, and Starbucks being literally right next to the apartment community was super convenient. The only downside was the thin walls, but if you live on the 3rd floor, you won’t really experience any noise unless there are some maintenance work going on on the roof. But this doesn’t happen frequently. Overall, a very peaceful, family-oriented community. Highly recommend this place especially if you have kids or just want to live in a safe, clean, and quiet neighborhood in Silicon Valley.

I have written several times to the administration to solve the problem we have in the gardens. They have become puddles and mud due to over watering. They don't care about the waste of water because they obviously charge it to the residents. You can't walk on the grass, you can't enjoy the green areas because it's all muddy. The roots of the trees are going to rot with so much water and they don't seem to care because their response is that they have a smart irrigation system that automatically waters based on the weather, but it seems to be broken and not as smart as they think it is. We are paying a high rent and it seems the manager's office is not interested in helping the residents with this problem.
