Real Property Management Today

I left my house in Sept 2017 and had RPM take care of my house since then. I had a total of three tenants during that time.I never had an issue with them until July 2025 with the last tenant. Water damage! The property management sent me an email stating it would cost over $3,000+ to repair the flooring. I was angry and told them to do more investigation (found out later the leak was not from the fridge). Tenant said “need help, flooding in the whole downstairs.” I was worried and angry, and I messaged the manager that their staff was trying to make me pay for it. The manager said she did not know anything about it and that she would do an investigation. Told them have the tenant insurance pay for it. I asked a few times to send me updates on the flooring and to send me pictures of the dam

Bayley was amazing non-pressuring and very informative of the whole process. He walked us through. It made things easy and it was very flexible when it came to a time of showing the house we chose to go with RPM mainly because of Baliey I’m a sales person myself and really enjoy any easy-going sales People It’s a hard job to be super friendly on a daily and keep a smile on your face and I think Baliey is going an amazing job and want to thank you for putting me in my wife and my family in the best position.
