I used RPM for almost 20 years on my rental. They are a top notch group / organization. Extremely organized, excellent responses, amazing resources. Very knowledgeable in the market and ensured we attracted solid rental rates, with minimal downtime. We had a couple tenants that were a little difficult; and the additional services the operation offers were worth their weight in gold. When it came time to sell my property, they were extremely accommodative, and were able to provide me with ample knowledge and information to sell quickly and effectively. Full service shop; I strongly recommend working with them.

The customer service from Real Property Management NWI is second to none. I have enjoyed working with my Property Manager, Emily, although everyone in the office has always been very helpful. Their communication is prompt and professional. I look forward to renewing once my lease is up.
